Every once in a while, we share an update from our Species360 Support and Training team. Any given month, the team responds to between 600 and 800 inquiries from members, helps new members come onboard, and hosts training sessions for individuals managing studbooks, husbandry, aquatics, and more.
Our goal is to resolve 85 percent of these questions in the first response – and we once again vastly exceeded this goal by resolving 96 percent of over 620 questions with the first response. Most incoming messages are members simply asking for help with day-to-day work as they record animal data in ZIMS. Other questions are for help correcting data, answering billing questions, and learning new features. We hosted six webinars for members, and helped six new institutional members get started using ZIMS.
All in all, we look to achieve a 4.8 (out of 5) satisfaction rating – and averaged 4.9 in January.
