EAZA's Silent Forest Group partners with Species360 Conservation Science Alliance to create a new way of looking at the world of songbirds -- one they hope will further enhance efforts to save them. The Songbird Species Knowledge Index applies analytics to global data, including vast demographic information curated by Species360 member zoos and aquariums using ZIMS.

At PASC21, Director of Science Dalia Conde addressed the opportunity to use big data and exascale computing to help answer critical questions and inform strategies to protect biodiversity.
