We have designed our benefits to be inclusive. We offer generous time off benefits, combining holidays and vacation into one PTO benefit for maximum employee flexibility. Your PTO benefits start accruing at 5 weeks per year.
In addition, we provide 10 paid sick days each year and when summer arrives in Minnesota, we offer a flexible work schedule.
We believe in the importance of family and work/life balance. We provide 8 weeks of paid parenting leave to our employees and offer a dependent care spending account.
Our insurance benefits include two medical plan options (with two provider networks each) with a health savings account, dental, life, short term and long term disability. You can contribute to our 401(k) plan immediately at hire and our 401(k) contribution starts at 3% at hire and grows incrementally to 10% at 10 years.
